Our website and app may also collect technical information needed to operate and improve the service, including approximate device and browser details, language, timezone, page path, referrer, session identifiers, anonymous user identifiers, crash or error information, and download or navigation events.
How we use information
We use information to identify plants, diagnose likely plant issues, provide care guidance, manage reminders, sync your garden where supported, respond to support requests, protect the service, fix bugs, understand product usage, and improve Fylora.
Plant photos and related inputs are used to provide the requested identification or diagnosis experience and to improve the quality, reliability, and safety of the product.
Analytics and logs
The Fylora website uses lightweight analytics and client logs. Google Analytics may be loaded when configured, with IP anonymization enabled. We also use anonymous identifiers stored in local storage or session storage to understand visits, downloads, language changes, and similar product events.

Payments and subscriptions
Fylora may offer optional premium features. Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card details from those stores.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us operate Fylora, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and improving Fylora.
