You may use Fylora only if you can form a binding agreement with us and you comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you use Fylora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You are responsible for the information you submit, the plants you choose to treat or care for, and the actions you take based on content shown in Fylora.

Fylora uses AI and other tools to suggest plant identifications, likely plant issues, care steps, and reminders. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific plant, environment, climate, soil, pests, chemicals, or local regulations.

Fylora is for general informational and educational use. It is not a substitute for professional horticultural, agricultural, medical, veterinary, pest-control, toxicology, or safety advice. Do not rely on Fylora to determine whether a plant is edible, poisonous, safe for children or pets, invasive, legally restricted, or suitable for medical use.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of photos, plant notes, and other content you submit. By submitting content to Fylora, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and use that content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve Fylora.

Do not upload content that you do not have rights to use, that violates the privacy or rights of others, or that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive.

Fylora may offer optional paid or premium features. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, trials, and refunds may be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable store terms. Store billing settings control cancellation and renewal timing.

You agree not to misuse Fylora, interfere with the service, attempt to access systems without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, scrape or harvest data at scale, upload malicious code, or use Fylora to violate law or third-party rights.

Fylora, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Fylora or the right to use our branding without permission.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also limit or terminate access if we believe use of Fylora violates these Terms, creates risk, or harms other users, us, or third parties.

Fylora is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fylora and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, plant loss, property damage, or decisions made based on Fylora outputs.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using Fylora, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms as Fylora changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice. Continued use of Fylora after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
